Tactical Field Ring Binder

The Tactical Field Binder is made of tough green Polydura and rust-proof metals. Binder holds all "Rite in the Rain" Tactical Loose Leaf styles. Loose Leaf insert sheets sold separately.  Kits and covers are also available.
